Administrative Assistant

You are an independent team player, who is result-oriented and likes to support other colleagues in their work and organise events and workshop. You are flexible and hands-on. You are fluent in Dutch and English and have excellent communicative skills, both in speaking as in writing.

 

Tasks

Your daily tasks are mainly supporting the director and other staff of IDH in:

  • Management of agendas
  • Answering phone and e-mails
  • Setting up and minuting of meetings
  • Finalizing of draft document and letters
  • Organisation of workshops and other small events
  • Other administrative tasks

 

Requirements

  • Bachelors working and thinking level
  • Minimal 4 years experience in a similar position
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Experience in organising small events
  • Good social skills
  • Affinity with corporate social responsibility and sustainability 

 

Conditions

  • Gross salary, depending on relevant working experience
  • maximum €3.000,- per month based on 40 hours per week
  • Solid fringe benefits, including a good pension scheme
  • The position is for 32 – 40 hours per week 
  • The duration of the IDH is until 2015
